Example of Play... Fighters... Ready... Set... GO!!!
You've read the rules you've got your Fighters together and a pool of dice.You even managed to hunt down a tape measure to keep track of all the distances or you have a Fight-Dice hex board. Everything is set and ready to go... Just one thing your not to sure were to start! Well Fight Dice™ brings you an example turn ofa basic game of Rapid Action Dice Combat between two equally matched combatants to give you an idea of were to start and how to set up a duel.

Set-up - Our two Fighters for this example, have an Energy Dice Pool of 12, which translates into 12 Fight Dice. We join them on there second turn, just as they get close enough to come to blows.

Its the start of the second turn and both Fighters must make Ready. To do this you must take there Energy Dice Pool and allocate it to there actions. This is done by the Fighters at the sametime. Ready - Both Fighters have 12 Fight Dice allocate to each action. Black Ninja allocates - Movement - 4 Dice Attack action - 6 Dice Block action - 2 Dice Super Yellow allocates - Movement - 2 Dice Attack action - 4 Dice Block action - 6 Dice

Next is the Set phase of the turn, both Fighters roll a dice, and the highest score wins the Set and gets to go first in the Go!!! section of the turn. When the set has been won, move onto the Go!!! section of the turn. In this turn the Black Ninja won the Set, and moves first, 4 Dice have been allocated to his move action so the Black Ninja can move 4" It is now Super Yellows turn to move, the Black Ninja is nearly in his Combat Zone, so the 2 Dice in Super Yellows movement are enough to move them into contact to fight!!!
